#LegShred Let’s Do It.

This workout yesterday murdered my legs and my entire soul in the best of ways.  ENJOY.

Yesterday I took a selfie of my abs.  AND you all were very kind to me.  Thank you.  I know my body is not right where I want it, but we is on our way.  I hope you all have a most wonderful week.

  • 10 jump squats 
  • 15 prisoner squats
  • 24 (12 each leg) walking lunges
  • 24 (12 each leg) Single leg stand to Kknee ups on a bench

Complete 2 circuits quickly without rest, but with proper form, then rest for 1-2 minutes

  • 10 burpees
  • 15 star jumps
  • 24 (12 each leg) single leg squat (back foot up on bench)
  • Weighted squat to press overhead using kettlebell
